We want you to be satisfied with AdobeTrack. Please read this refund policy carefully before subscribing.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Payment not approved: If you sent a payment but your account was not activated within 48 hours, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Duplicate payment: If you accidentally sent payment twice, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
  • Service unavailability: If the service is completely unavailable for more than 30 consecutive days, a pro-rated or partial refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds are not issued for partially used subscription periods.
  • Refunds are not issued if your account is suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
  • Change of mind after account activation is not grounds for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with your bKash transaction ID and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed back to your original bKash number within 3-5 business days.

Monthly Subscription

AdobeTrack is a monthly subscription. You will not be automatically charged — each month requires a new payment. You control when and whether to renew.

Important: All payments are processed manually through bKash. Please keep your transaction confirmation SMS as proof of payment.
